Which languages are available for international shifts?
The interface supports Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish. Teams can read questions and explanations in their language while consulting the same available sources.
How is the assistant adapted to our industry?
The assistant was developed with practical input from heavy industry. Your SOPs, knowledge articles and terminology provide context. Further industry-specific development is scoped per project.

How does the platform help investigate faults and alarms?
Guided scenarios organise possible causes and checks for an alarm or deviation. Compare these with available documents and, when enabled, relevant saved process records to prepare an investigation.
How are logbooks and shift handovers recorded?
Record observations, actions and incidents in the logbook and create daily or weekly reports from saved entries. Hand over status, open items and attachments with a checklist. The incoming shift can acknowledge receipt.
How is business data protected in the business version?
Security is an integral part of Operaitor. The software scopes document access by workspace and checks uploads before processing. Before deployment, we align access and security requirements with your organisation so that technical safeguards and your internal policies work together.
What arrangements do we make for confidential business data?
Before deployment, we agree who receives access, how data is processed, and the arrangements for retention and deletion. We also discuss recovery and continuity requirements. This makes it clear in advance how your confidential information will be handled and who is responsible.
