Terms of Service

1. Scope and service. These terms apply to the Operaitor website and publicly accessible AI demo. Operaitor develops industrial AI software that supports operators, teams and practical knowledge work. For questions, contact us at partner@operaitor.app.

2. Public evaluation. The demo is currently available without an account and lets you evaluate its functionality.

3. Responsible use. Operaitor is designed to support users working with approved SOPs and human review. AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date; use appropriate professional judgement, especially for safety-critical operational decisions.

4. Public demo content. Use only non-confidential examples in the public environment, such as information already publicly available. Separate arrangements and a business environment set up for that purpose are needed to use confidential company information.

5. Your content. Submit only content you are entitled to use. You keep your rights in your content and give Operaitor only the limited permission needed to provide the requested functionality. You are responsible for the content you submit.

6. Lawful use and availability. Use the site and demo lawfully and do not disrupt, misuse or reverse-engineer them. We maintain the service and may make improvements; maintenance, improvements or circumstances outside our control can cause interruptions. For business applications, we set out availability and support arrangements separately.

7. Intellectual property. The website, software, materials and Operaitor brand remain with Operaitor or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

8. Enterprise arrangements. Private workspaces, access controls, security terms, service levels, support and data-processing arrangements require separate written agreement and access. This lets us shape the setup to your organisation; these arrangements do not apply to the public demo.

9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Operaitor is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the public demo. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law is not excluded or limited.

10. Changes and contact. We may update these terms and publish the current version here. For questions, contact us at partner@operaitor.app.
